We purchased barstools six years ago and love them. Recently we had a minor problem with the seat material. Andre made many phone calls on our behalf and got back to me each time. He did not give up until there was resolution which is remarkable given it was relatively inexpensive. His service was what one expects when making a costly investment in furniture.
